Player Notes Price is a seven-time World Cup player and clung on to 10th place in the cup table to earn his debut after missing halfway cut in the BMW International Open. His two European wins have both come in the Portuguese Open, but the best display of his career came in Akron last August when he was joint runner-up behind Tiger Woods in the NEC Invitational. He earned a best-ever eighth place on the Order of Merit last year, which included four second places. Price's debut tour win in 1994 earned him the Pontypridd "Man of the Year" title.
