A really good hole off the new back tee. Lengthening the
bunker on the left of the fairway by some 15 yards is meant
to dissuade even the big hitters from trying to carry it
and leave an untroubled second shot into the green. Now
they feel forced to go out right, keeping as close to the
bunker as they dare, and then take a seven iron approach
over the lake to a small, steeply sloping green. Miss it
and getting up and down in two is not a prospect to relish.
