To get the most out of
the nutrition meter you should do the test TWICE. The first time
placing your CURRENT WEIGHT in the box which is labelled 'your
desired body weight'. Note the amount of calories you are
consuming on a daily basis presently, or print the results.
Then REDO the test, only this time actually inserting the
DESIRED WEIGHT in that same box. Compare the results on both
occasions this will give you a good indication as to how much
difference you need to make on a daily basis with regards your
calorie consumption.
