The
Asian Community in Huddersfield consists of people originating
from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.
These countries
have rich and diverse cultures, due to the geography of the land
and religion. Religious beliefs (be it Hinduism, Islam or Sikhism)
have great influence over the tradition and values of the people.
In summary the community can be described as a moral family-orientated
culture who has integrated into the lifestyle and economy of Britain.
